Currently in Pre-Alpha, Palia is a brand new open-world MMORPG from former Blizzard and Riot developers, that’s set to bring an entirely different type of game to the gaming realms. Though from the description of the game, it seems it’s more of a social, cozy game, with a brand new form of high fantasy – it’s feeling like a MMORPG in the form of The Sims.
The team behind the game, let players know of what the game really is in its FAQ on the website, stating that the game is a “massively-multiplayer community simulation game set in a brand new high fantasy world with elements of open world adventure games. It’s a cozy and welcoming world that we hope fans of the community sim genre will love for years to come.”
